Licensed in Oregon, Washington, and Nevada, with degrees in Interior Design and Apparel Design, she blends strategic expertise with a designer’s eye to help buyers and sellers unlock a home’s full potential, from finding the perfect space to preparing it for top-dollar results.

Travis supports the business through relationship building and client outreach, while the Tercek Real Estate Group’s transaction team manages the contract-to-close process, allowing Sammi to stay fully focused on strategy, design guidance, and client advocacy.

From first-time buyers to seasoned investors, the experience is seamless and stress free. Outside of real estate, Sam and Travis create music together as the band, all in ur head, and spend time with their two bulldogs. The goal is simple: make the home journey enjoyable, not overwhelming.
